Thinking about the use of wikis at work - I would like to create a desk procedures wiki for the library, but am wondering if it would be possible to do this within the intranet, as we would not want this out in the open.
There are a couple of blogs set up behind staff log in, e.g. the Staff Development Blog. I don't know of any wikis, but there is a wiki for the iResearch project on the Y drive.

I reckon a wiki would be perfect for desk procedures. everyone could contribute, or at least feel like that was an option.
