Just started my new Twitter account with the username JessamyJane - following the Uni and Stephen Fry.
I would like to get the library onto Twitter, that way we could blog about things like service outages as well as planned events. Also we could have an account for each library and do things like Endnote classes.

Many libraries use Twitter contructively, it seems sensible to me but I don't know whether everybody else sees it that way.
ReplyDeleteI had to unfollow Fry, he tweets so much everybody else got drowned out. And besides, look what happens when you reach a million followers; search YouTube for "Twillionth".
